Insurance
I am In-Network with most plans through the following insurance providers:
Cigna
Aetna
United Healthcare
Oxford
Oscar Health
BCBS
I am unable to accept plans affiliated with Medicare/Medicaid.
If you have behavioral health benefits through these insurance providers, you will be responsible for your copay/ deductible. I advise that you contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits before we meet for our appointment.
My in-network insurance claims are performed via HEADWAY. Using HEADWAY, you will have a personal profile to add your insurance and billing information as well as access to customer support for any billing/payment related questions.
Self Pay Rates and Out of Network
I accept the above insurances for clients residing throughout New York State. I also offer the option to see me via self pay/private pay. For Out of Network clients I can provide you with an invoice/receipt after the visit which you can submit directly to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. If the services are accepted by your insurance provider, they would then reimburse you at their out-of-network rate. For clients residing in Florida, I can see you by self/private pay only.
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (Initial Visit/Intake)
Initial visits are booked for 90 minutes. However the visit length may range from 60-90 minutes depending on your needs.

The length and frequency of follow up sessions is dependent on your individual needs and treatment plan.
